How can we help?

Email support@fontee.app for Fontee support, privacy requests or App Store review questions. Include your device model, iOS version, Fontee app version and a short description of the issue.

Restore purchase

Open Fontee and use Restore Purchases from the paywall or settings drawer. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID used for the purchase.

Cancel subscription

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open your Apple Account subscription settings and choose Fontee Pro to change or cancel renewal.

Export issues

Tell us whether you exported an image or video, which action failed, and whether the project uses premium fonts, stickers, templates or text effects.

Data deletion

Local projects are stored on your device. For support-email or privacy deletion requests, contact support@fontee.app.
